Some days you’re so stressed you can barely get out the door and why is your child always home sick from school? Your house is a pit, and your other kids feed off the chaos.

I created Being Happy Coaching after writing my book, Being Happy – Raising Happy.

I was at my wit’s end.

I’ll be honest- I was losing it.

I came to understand that I needed to take care of myself first. No different than putting your life mask on first if you’re flying in an airplane and something terrible was to happen.

You can’t help others unless you help yourself.

Is it hard for us to even consider not putting others first – right?

The truth is, our children act upon and reflect our stresses and anxiety.

Um-yea, we are one of the main reasons our child acts and reacts the way they do. Hard to hear – I know.

This six-week coaching session will lead you down the path to wellness. As you heal, so will your child & family. The six weeks might not always be easy. You may need to face some stark realities about your life, but that’s where true change and transformation occurs.
