❤️ I know it sounds painful, but I’ll have you fill out a food journal and health history, for one week before our first session.
❤️ I’ll evaluate your current diet and nutrition, lifestyle, anxieties, goals and put together a complete program specifically for you. Your program will address your concerns, reverse your stress and allow you to reach your personal goals.
❤️ All plans create healthy habits and are as painless as possible!
❤️ At our first session (in person, via Skype or on the phone) I’ll suggest the top one to three changes you can make that will move you toward your goals. I will give you a concrete plan to follow that includes a few small areas at a time, so you are not overwhelmed. We will work together to transform your life, and in the process change your child and family at the same time.
❤️ We will continue to meet each week, and build on habits from the prior week. Oh, we will talk about all sorts of things like your progress, troubleshoot problems, introduce new topics and of course send you on your week with more action items to focus on. Each week I will send you specific handouts, meal plans, restaurant recommendation and even recipes!
❤️ Goals Achieved by the final session we will determine your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations and suggestions to continue down your path toward wellness.
